FAQs
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. We work on practical tools, physical training, and nervous system regulation. If deeper mental health support is needed, I will always say so and can point you toward the right professionals. Many of my clients work with both a coach and a therapist at the same time.
I am already pretty fit. Is this still for me?
Yes. Many of the men I work with train regularly but still feel burned out, reactive, and off. Physical fitness and nervous system health are not the same thing. This work addresses what the gym cannot.
How much time does this require each week?
Realistically, 3 to 5 hours per week. That includes your coaching call, breathwork practice, and training sessions. Everything is designed around the fact that you are already busy.
Do I have to be in Calgary to work with you?
No. The majority of my clients work with me virtually. The program is fully designed to deliver the same structure and accountability online as it does in person.
What if I have tried coaching before and it did not work?
Most coaching focuses on mindset or motivation in isolation. This program addresses the physical side of stress and burnout first, because without regulating your nervous system, mindset work has limited traction. It is a different starting point.
When will I start noticing a difference?
Most men notice changes in their sleep and stress response within the first two to three weeks. The deeper shifts in clarity and consistency tend to build through weeks four to eight.
Is this only for men in burnout?
Not exclusively. Some men come in burned out. Others come in feeling functional but flat, successful on paper but quietly losing ground. If you feel off in a way you cannot fully explain, this work is likely relevant.
How do I know if I am ready?
